Who We Are
In 2023, Serdar founded Path2 Strategy& Co. Consultancy, bringing his experience and energy to enable organizations and its leaders to meet their strategic objectives and goals.
Serdar specializes in strategic leadership, change management, coaching, mentoring, financial management, accounting, audit, internal control, risk management, investor relations, strategic planning, ERP integration, mergers and acquisitions regarding with over than 17 years of experience in international and national leading companies in Turkey. His experience covers various industries such as automotive, telecommunication, FMCG, building materials, metal, re-cycling, counter-top materials, audit while implementing change management, designing, and teaching simple and effective tools and frameworks.
As an authorized independent auditor in Turkey and CPA in Turkey, during his journey both in globally working environment in Kordsa Global and Ernst & Young, and in publicly listed national leading companies in Turkey, he understands the importance of adapting strategy to an organization’s culture.
As a professional coach and mentor, Serdar holds an ACC credential from International Coaching Federation and holds an EMCC Global individual accreditation as a coach and mentor at practitioner level.
He believes that there is no “one size fit all” solution for an organization yet coaching, and mentoring are “must have” competencies in this complex world for any organization. Leveraging concepts from change management, coaching, mentoring methodologies, and with his background in audit, Serdar is sure to drive any size organization to success in their transformation.
He expresses that each organisation is unique and each team requires its unique designed change management strategy to be able to deliver on time and with quality.
